校园福音团契在加大柏克莱校园正式成立社团，向校方登记。由当时研究生姜保真及一批基督徒发起。
Campus Evangelistic Fellowship (CEF) was founded as an official student organization at the University of California, Berkeley by Bau-Jen Jiang and other Chinese Christian students.
1987
学园福音团契正式向加州政府登记为非盈利机构。董事会成立，领导事工及处理行政事宜。
CEF was incorporated in the State of California as a non-profit organization, and the Board was formed to provide spiritual leadership to the ministry and to facilitate administrative responsibilities.
1989
斯坦福校园福音团契正式向校方登记成立。
The chapter at Stanford University was started.
1991
刊物《校园渔夫》正式发行。
The Campus Fisherman newsletter was first published.
1992
加大旧金山医学院的福音工作开始，正式成立团契，向校方登记。
The chapter at University of California, San Francisco was started.
1994
开始在湾区举行一年一度的福音秋令营。
The first combined gospel camp with all 3 campuses.
